The Latest and Greatest
In September of this year I will embark on a 16 Month Women and Plants Shamanic Herbal Apprenticeship Program with Julie Charette Nunn of Crows Daughter.
Plants and the natural world have always inspired my artwork, as has the Feminine Archetype, the Mother and the Goddess. I find respite on the earth through communion with the plants. The plants, as they pass through their seasons, remind me that I am living in the body of a powerful woman, and remind me of my personal passages through life and death. They also remind me that they are here to guide and nourish us as we navigate our way through life. Without them I could not know my Self. I have also had a shelf filled with herbs for close to 10 years now...so its finally time to do something about it!
